Hey,

We are getting the This application cannot authenticate more users at this time. - error right now.

We wanted to know what our account status is?
Is it basic or standard?

If it is not standard how could we upgrade it to standard level access?
Could you please mention the exact steps to do the same?

Can I also know and manage, at this moment how many people have given access to my app. Because I believe it’s less than 5 people and I am still getting the above error.
