I’m experiencing an issue with this error when users try and connect, i see most issues are caused by ads api access, can you assist sorting this one out?

no not yet but we are going to in a few months

From what it seems, your application is under the developer license, which means that you are allowed a maximum of 5 OAuth tokens and since your application is exceeding this, you are receiving this message, which is the expected behaviour.

Can you confirm?

Yes but i’m not yet using ads, can it be temporarily disabled till i use it and would that fix the 5 oauth tokens limit?

Yes, you can have this access removed, and then re-apply for access at another time. I’ll as a colleague to help with this.
