This application cannot authenticate more users at this time

Hi I am Luciano,

I work for Libring Technologies (www.libring.com) a company that aggregates data from AdNetworks and App Stores to our clients.

We have been collecting data from Twitter through Twitter Ads API (hhttps://developer.twitter.com/en/docs/ads/general/overview). Our customers cannot sign in on our application due to this message:
“This application cannot authenticate more users at this time”.

Can you please confirm what type of access we have: Developer/Basic/Standard?

Also can you please send us the steps we need to do in order to upgrade our account to the Standard?
