Third party measurement whitelisting error

We are writing code that bulk clones campaigns & their associated line items.

While testing, we occasionally seem to hit the following error:

TWITTER API Call Failed.(Status code 400, body {"errors":[{"code":"INVALID","message":"Your account is currently not whitelisted for third-party measurement","attribute":""}]

What account feature does this correspond to?

This relates to a missing mobile conversion tracking configuration on the account. You can use the GET accounts/:account_id/app_event_provider_configurations endpoint to check and see if an active config is set-up for an ads account.
