There is no form option for API escalation request

Hello.

When I call the API from our application (App ID: 15968634) I get an error message “User is over daily status update limit.” On a regular basis.
So I read about the promoted API access process (a way to secure POST access that has been promoted on and after September 10), but through this step

I have submitted the application along with the use case from “I have other questions about the API policy”, but I could not get a reply.

The message ‘I would like to apply for elevated POST limits.’ Will not be displayed. Even if it hits the limit. Since posting has failed for most users, this has an impact on all users of our app. Please tell us how you can solve this.

Could you please try doing this again? I’ve enabled the ‘I would like to apply for elevated POST limits’ option for your account.
