There is no 'create my access token' button

Threre is no ‘create my access token’ button on the application page as described here: https://dev.twitter.com/docs/auth/tokens-devtwittercom

To create your access tokens:

• go to http://apps.twitter.com
• select your app
• go to the “API Keys” tab
• the button to create the access tokens is at the bottom of the page
