The verification process of the first app is stuck. No response

Hi everyone!

It seems that the verification process of our first app is stuck. On behalf of the company Cognitive Systems i created an account a week ago and applied for verification. Since then i’ve heard no updates about the status of the process. It is a pretty urgent issue so I wonder if i can do something to receive a feedback. I would be happy to provide any additional information about the Company and our plans of using the app.

By the way one possible problem is that when registering an app i sent a mail that is not corporate and is currently not linked to a twitter account. I, therefore, would like to change it to a corporate one.

Thank you for reaching out. I suggest that you apply again using your corporate account and make sure to select ‘organization account’ when you are going through the application process.

Did you not receive the email verification to your @handle’s email address? Or are you just asking about the time that it has taken to get a response from our team. We have an existing topic discussing the length of time it takes to get approved.
