Well I want to change my username to other’s username. That account is not exist anymore, I got it a blank page, so I just want to change it to that account.

But when I tried it, it says “username is unavailabe” what does it mean? Does twitter give some time after somone deleted their account? So later the account username can be taken? Cause right now no one use that username.

Even twitter does not say it was taken, just unavailable. Anybody knows what goes wrong here?
