We’ve applied twice but keep getting this message via email even though it validates fine using the validator at https://dev.twitter.com/docs/cards/validation/validator

We are also have this problem. Validator says that this url has valid metadata http://crossfader.fm/x/aa9siv3zcv but it was denied.

Hi Yappie, apologies for this discussion falling through the cracks. When testing your card, I see that you do not have a robots.txt file on the server. Our crawler looks for this to determine if it has permission to access the image URL provided. Without it, the card fails to render. Hi Crossfader, it looks like you have the same issue with a robots.txt that I mentioned below (https://d19ynvwsbgw2ae.cloudfront.net/robots.txt doesn’t exist). Please make sure this is in place and you can find more info here: https://dev.twitter.com/docs/cards/troubleshooting#twitterbot
