Dear Twitter team,

the URL has always been accessible. How to fix that problem?

Another thing: We wanted to re-submit an approval request but always get an error “Reason: is not a valid screen name”. We figured that it must have something to do with the missing “Website Twitter Username” but the field is gray and is not editable.

Please help.
