The "related" attribute of the Tweet Button doesn't work with our account

Hi,

We’ve implemented the Tweet Button on our website with the “related” attribute, in order to suggest people to follow our account.
However, after using the Tweet Button to post a tweet, our account is never suggested. The account isn’t private and we made the tests with accounts not following ours.
We’ve tried with other account in the “related” attribute and it always worked…
Can you help us ?

I also cannot tweet. When I click the tweet button it doesn’t launch a new window nor acknowledge with an error message that I did anything. I have cleared caches, cleared cookies, and tried a completely diff computer. Please help if you have ideas on how to fix. Thanks!
