The delay of Twitter application process

Hi, I applied for Twitter Cards 5 weeks ago and resubmitted 4weeks ago (the domain is tokyopic.com).
It seems that many people are waiting for the response, and I was wondering why it is taking so long.
If possible, I’d be grateful if you could explain the reason for the delay, and how long it would take.

After two and a half months, we finally had a response mail. But unfortunately, it seems that there was an error caused by the recent change of robots.txt file. We checked with the preview tool and resubmitted the application form. Do we have to wait for another two months? We were waiting so badly for the great Twitter Cards to enhance our already released service (tokyopic.com).
