This application has not been whitelisted for access to the Ads API. You need to apply for this, separately from a developer account, here.

I’ve filled the form Twitter Ads API Documentation | Docs | Twitter Developer Platform about 10 days ago. Is there anything more i can do to be applied to Ads API?

You applied with app 16118805, but it now seems to be deleted. Can you fill out the form again with your new app ID?

Still does not work, but in different way
POST to ’ /4/accounts/’ in ads-api-sandbox with credentials from app’s setup page returns
User XXX is not authorized to make this request. Please have them reauthorize with your client application AAA

But how should I authorize my own app?!
