If i search near a location, i use “-” (marijuana near:south-africa) but this not working with “source:” command for Tweet Button. I tried “_” but it failed.

How are you formulating the negation? Source tags are kind of odd filters in the Search API.
You might need to try something like -“source:Tweet_Button”
