Is there a tool to test how Twitter Cards (aka expanded tweets) would be displayed? I’m in the process of adding them to our site & would like to ensure they are formatted correctly.
Also, is there any penalty or negative consequence of adding the twitter specific meta tags (twitter:card and twitter:summary) and using our existing OG tags for the remaining items (url, title, description, image)

Not at this time but it’s likely something you may see in the future.
I am not aware of negative consequence of using OG tags, in fact I think we use them as fallback if no Twitter specific tags are found.
Am sending a media url field in the preview tester tool. the tags are there; but the tool tell that "No tags found "…
