Take email from client

Hello,

I work for a company dedicated to the development of software and we need to know the client’s email.

We sent the whitelist request to twitter two days ago and we are waiting for an answer.

Anyone knows how much time they take to answer?, or a good way to know the client’s email address.

And, when i send the jey to that direcction, Can they use that key to check if my app is in the whitelist?
