When uploading an Audience, is “TWITTER_ID” IDs and User names for “list_type” or is there another identifier for User names?

If you look at the POST accounts/:account_id/tailored_audiences portion of our docs, you’ll see that for the list_type param these are some possible values: EMAIL, DEVICE_ID, TWITTER_ID, HANDLE, PHONE_NUMBER.
list_type
EMAIL
DEVICE_ID
TWITTER_ID
HANDLE
PHONE_NUMBER
The appropriate option for user handles is HANDLE.
