Hi @tal_asad! If you include an audience in the tailored_audiences_expanded field, users who are similar to those in your audience will also be targeted. The similarity criteria are established by Twitter.
Also note that if you would like to target only similar users to those in your audience, but not those in your audience, you should include your audience id in both fields, tailored_audiences as well as tailored_audiences_expanded.
