I am mining the public stream, currently using the sample api, I am interested in urls shared by users, shortly after I started running a program that resolves 301s in t.co (less than a minute) all requests fail or timeout. Whats the rate limit to consume t.co links? What do I need to do to increase that and to what level it can be increased?
