Switched domain and tweet count not working

I switched my domain name from the99percentvotes.com to the99vote.com, but the tweet count won’t work for the99vote.com …

Two issues:
(1) The tweet count for the button on the99vote.com does not increment the count for the99vote.com
(2) The tweet count from the99percentvotes.com is not carried over to the99vote.com

The Tweet Button does not support domain name changes at this time – you cannot port the Tweet count from one domain’s URL to another domain at this time.
