Hello! The company that I’m a part of, Symph, has been helping teams all around the world like the World Bank and 500 Startups by building tech solutions for them for 10 years now. We have also been very active in building the tech community here in the Philippines together with our CTO Albert Padin who is a Google Developer Expert in Google Cloud and Machine Learning. Our online platforms like our Twitter account has greatly helped us accomplish these goals of empowering brands and promoting thought leadership in the community.

However, our Twitter account, @symphco, was suspended from Twitter’s well-intentioned AI processes since 2 months ago and after we sent a support ticket, we still haven’t gotten any update. We don’t believe we’ve violated any terms but if we have, please let us know, and we’ll work immediately to correct it.

We are looking for recommendations for how we can continue to use your platform so we can continue to do what we’ve always done to help especially since we see our utilization of Twitter to grow significantly going forward. Thank you!
