Hi,

We created a new project with a new application. And we are building features to enable our users to perform a social login and post their content to Twitter automatically. But unfortunately, our application was suspended before we make any API calls. We have submitted a support ticket to appeal but we have not received any ticket confirmation or response.

Also, we tried to apply for premium API access but the application was unable to be submitted.

Could someone please help with these issues? Thank you very much!

I recently had this same experience - I was suspended without an API call.

I likewise didn’t get a confirmation after the first ticket submission. I resubmitted the support ticket and on the 2nd time got an immediate confirmation.

It took about 3 weeks to get a reply. I then received: "Twitter has automated systems that find and disable abusive API keys in bulk. Unfortunately, it looks like your application got caught up in one of these spam groups by mistake. We have reactivated the API key and we apologize for the inconvenience. "

Hope this helps.

I have also faced the same issue… I do not know which of the rules could have been violated because I have just registered the account a couple a days ago in order to apply for academic access, (which I have already been granted), and created an app only because it was suggested as a next account registration step. I have not used this app all because I was waiting for the response to the academic access application - just generated the keys and saved them.
