Twitter has strict policy against promotional posts that drive traffic outside the platform. They just suspend your account without telling or specifying the reason. I also had one of my gaming accounts blocked due to unintentionally pasting the gaming site links including sniper 3d mod article on apkholder which was not liked by twitter and they just blocked the account.
