I put in my ticket around 14-15 hours ago and i still have gotten no reply from twitter at all is anybody else experiencing the same problem?

It looks like they don’t care, since there are more people with the exact same problem.
Some people have send a ticket weeks ago and are till this very day still waiting for a reply.
I don’t want to bash Twitter but considering how big they are they should have a number we could call and to clear these problems up or hire some staff members that actually care to get to tickets
