Suspend app twitter, without secret tokens

Hi ppl.

I have some problems with my app twitter, wth the update twitter api they suspended my app but it works normally, but for some reason (don’t ask me why) I deleted the secret keys. Now, when I try create it again the server showed me this “unknow error” at developer.twitter.com and “Twitter is over capacity. Please wait a moment and try again generating new token”. Does someone know how could I get new tokens from twitter apps or developer website?

I have 3 days trying create this tokens and don’t works.

A few clarifying questions here:

• What app are you experiencing issues with?
• What keys did you ‘delete’ exactly? Access tokens and secrets?
• I’m assuming that when you say that you were working in developer.twitter.com, that you have either applied or have an approved developer account. Can you please confirm?
• Have you been able to regenerate your tokens since 3 days ago when you posted this?
• If you were flagged as a spammy app, have you submitted a form to https://help.twitter.com/forms/platform?
