I know it is not really my place to post on here, and maybe not about this. I’ve always had fast support from Twitter in regards to most issues. However one of my accounts has been suspended and I have not had a reply for almost 3 days. I’d be ok if it were a weekend - I’d completely understand. It’s the middle of the week, and having my account suspended (for a reason I do not know why) is doing damage to my business and website.
I’m not asking for a reply right this instance. I’m just wondering if the support tickets are at a maximum amount that is why the support is so slow. A reason why.
