Support for tweet_mode on Ads API is now available

In preparation for our upcoming changes to Tweets, the tweet_mode input parameter is now available on the following endpoints: GET :account_id/scoped_timeline and POST :account_id/tweet for the Ads API.

This attachment_url mentioned in the linked announcement is currently not supported on the Ads API related endpoints, since Retweets and quoted Tweets are not eligible for promotion.
