Summary Cards are not displaying images, description sometimes (card validation ok for both)

When I share same post, sometimes it renders everything ok (image,title, description) and sometimes without image.

As you can see there are 2 posts (same) one is rendered ok with tittle MELA and the other is not with title HELLO.

I just Tweeted the same URL on a test account and the card seems to work fine, so this may just be a temporary thing.

Do the cards show up in the validator?

Yes they show correctly. But on twitter profile not properly just like the screenshot I provided
