Summary card works but not large summary

Summary twitter cards are enabled for my domain, but it shows domain pending approval for large summary card and the validator seems to work intermittently for my site. The domain is campaigns.citizenup.com. Can this get approved for my account please?

I’ve just had a look at the site. It seems that you don’t have a twitter:description field, which is required for a summary card.

We don’t activate twitter cards on our domain root.
