Summary Card not showing in the tweet

After clicking the share button the new window shows nothing but a regular tweet with no summary card.
Below is the code I’m using.
Would appreciate if someone told me what’s wrong with it:

The card only shows in the final posted Tweet - not in the Tweet composer window.

Thanks, it is showing on the final post indeed, I wonder why it didn’t before…
