Hi, My site is already whitelisted for summary card but its appearing like simple tweet until I validate product url on twitter validator. Why is it so?

This is almost certainly a latency issue where the crawler has not yet been able to index your site. When did you validate your first page / card? You may need to be patient for the crawler to discover your content.
I just did it today. How much time it will take? So I could tell my client
It may take a few days for pages to be spidered.
