Suddenly getting an 'The given URL is considered malware' error on POST oauth/request_token

Hello,

I noticed our application is suddenly getting a 401 on POST to oauth/request_token. This has only happened in the last few days and has been working for the past few months just fine.

The application is a cordova application. Here are the relevant HTTP headers below:

Authorization: OAuth oauth_callback="%2Foauthtwittercallback.html", oauth_version="1.0"

Our registered application in the twitter developer console does not have any red warning badges like seen here.

Can anyone advise?
