I have a problem with Submission as an Academic. All needed information is correct. But I get this Error Message as seen below. I also tried from another browser but I get this error again and again.
How would I go about fixing this error?

@jessicagarson I use Google Chrome browser. But I also tried from Mozila Firefox, and I get this message again…!
