Study on french presidential election

Hello,
I am a french student in statistics, and I work on the french presidential election on twitter. How can I gather the IP of all candidate’s followers, and IP of all followers of those candidate’s followers. I try with the R package twitteR, but I am quickly limited with the restriction of 150 request. Thank you for your help.

IP addresses are not available in the API. Any research you do has to be done within rate limits. I recommend getting to know their limitations and how to work within them.
