Streaming API restriction is for IP or HOST?

Hi

We are using twitter streaming API in our application. From the forums , we found that streaming API can be run from only one IP/HOST . But in our case in our hosted environment , all our application instance will have same external IP but different host names . Does this create issue ? Does twitter blacklist my account / host ?
