Streaming api connection refused

Hi,

I’m getting a “connection refused” error when trying to connect to the streaming api from our server at 173.255.242.209

We’ve been using the streaming api for a while now, but during the night we had some server issues that triggered fast connect/discconects to the api, I fear that it may have gotten us blocked.

what can I do?
