Streaming 10% of tweets not working with OAuth

Hi,

During 2010 I got the permissions under my account to get the 10% of tweets using the Streaming API (API v1), and it worked perfect until the change to API v1.1

Now I’m not able to get the 10% of twees using the Streaming API and OAuth.

Is there any way to get the same 10% I was getting before using the new API?
