Stream/filter is sending a few Tweets only

Since a couple a hours (don’t know exactly since when), our stream/filter is returning only few Tweets corresponding to our criteria. Everything was working fine earlier.
Are you aware of an issue on that API?

thanks for your answer Andy.

We are a couple of hashtags, keywords (around 30) and usersid (around 10).
When I send couple of Tweets with one of the hashtag, I got around 50% of Tweets.
We currently receive around 10 Tweets per minutes which is really not a lot.

For your information, on Friday (same day) around 8:40 (CET) we received all the “pending” Tweets. Since that time, everything seems ok.
