Storing public stream for analysis

I am building an app which analyzes e-commerce data on twitter.
Can I store public tweets based on search/stream? I will attribute them when i display on my app. Lot of apps seams to be storing tweets, but I am confused by terms & conditions.
There will be no sharing of licensing or sell, rent, lease, sublicense, redistribute, or syndicate access[as mentioned in the terms] of the tweets I store. I will only be displaying my analysis and making easier for users to discover twitter content.

I wanted to know is this ok?
