Stolen Identity - Stolen name, photo (it's actually me in the photo)

Hello,

Hoping someone can help me… a person who goes by the handle https://twitter.com/cristinavps has stolen my identity, they have stolen my name, my photo, and my background image. My real name and handle is https://twitter.com/RAelynRossPhoto and the picture in my profile is actually me. Is there anyway to delete this person, or report them as an identity thief?
