Status/retweets/:id rate limit?

Hi guys,

The documentation says that we only get 15 calls to this API every 15 minutes. But when I invoke the curl command to get the retweets of 266031293945503744, I see in the response:

“x-rate-limit-limit: 60”

Is the documented rate limit wrong? Is it actually 15 calls, except for certain accounts or tweets?
