We solved it. It was an improperly applied SSL Cert.
I am trying to get a Twitter player card validated. When running our video page through the validator, we are getting “ERROR: Fetching the page failed because other errors.” After a lot of testing to ensure our card values were correct, I uploaded a basic blank html page. I know this url should show us an error of an invalid card since it is empty. We are still seeing the “ERROR: Fetching the page failed because other errors.”
If I test without the SSL, I see the appropriate missing card values messages I would expect.
Can someone help me figure out what the problem could be that is not able to be parsed?
