Specified Image does not display on Twitter Card

The specified image in the below example will not display on a Twitter Card

<meta name="twitter:card" content="summary_large_image" />
<meta name="twitter:site" content="@MarkWasleyPN" />
<meta name="twitter:creator" content="@MarkWasleyPN" />
<meta name="twitter:title" content="Catlins Coast, Bluff and finally… Innovative Invercargill" />
<meta name="twitter:description" content="Driving through the Catlins Coast, Photographs with the signpost at Stirling Point, Shopping in Bluff, Learning about Burt Munro, Having a splash and takeaways for dinner. Read about Day 15 of SISTA."/>
<meta name="twitter:image" content="http://mark-wasley.exofire.net/sista/wp-content/uploads/2014/01/markmeghanerynnemunrospecialreplicaehayesandsons-150x150.png" />
<meta property="og:site_name" content="South Island Summer Travelling Adventure (SISTA)" />

The content url in is what I want to display.

At the moment the fallback image is displaying. I am using the Twitter Card Generator Plugin for WordPress. I’d also like it to get the full size featured image, not the 150x150px version to display on the card.

Please help.

As explained on https://dev.twitter.com/docs/cards/large-image-summary-card, summary_large_image cards require an image with minimum width of 280 and minimum height of 150.
So you should specify the URL of a bigger image for twitter:image (but less than 1MB). In cases the image is very big, it will be resized automatically.
