In my website the users can share a link through Twitter. Example of the share url: https://twitter.com/intent/tweet?text=Barrada%20em%20porta%20giratória%20de%20banco%2C%20professora%20goiana%20denuncia%20racismo&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.opopular.com.br%2Feditorias%2Fcidades%2Fbarrada-em-porta-girat%C3%B3ria-de-banco-professora-goiana-denuncia-racismo-1.1062319&via=jornal_opopular
But I’ve noticed when, someone share it on Twitter I get an request on my webserver with wrong encoding on url: [01/Apr/2016:15:30:16 -0300] “GET /editorias/cidades/barrada-em-porta-giratï¿ï¾³ria-de-banco-professora-goiana-denuncia-racismo-1.1062319 HTTP/1.1” status 500 from UA “Twitterbot/1.0”.
Why does it happen? How to fix it?
