Spammy or unsafe content

My website is providing few facebook apps.
Now i have decided to develop twitter apps.

Twitter is throwing error when i try to share my link.
oops! a url in your tweet appears to link to a page that has spammy or unsafe content.

I haven’t shared anything on twitter so far.
I haven’t had tweet button in my website.

But twitter says i have spammy or unsafe website.
Why that so?

Twitter spam team must improve their coding.
My website has never interacted with twitter so far.

But it is marked as spammy without any reason.
No idea what to do on this.

Is it possible to contact twitter on this issue? Or is it like dictator?
