Someone has comprised my Twitter accounts and i've had no response from Twitter support

As i’ve realised from this Twitter inc don’t physically do anything unless it involves $$$$'s i’ve seen celebrity twitter accounts compromised and not even someone very popular gonna name one recently e.g Slim thug got his twitter account hacked and he got it back after 24hours of contacting twitter support dose that seem fair ? To the loyal users of the sight that have been waiting weeks months for data that has been compromised to be given back to a user.

Hi, my account @Phantom_Delight is on a suspended status for four days now and i have no clue. it was probably hacked Sunday (8th July 2012) - i was suddenly locked out of my own account when i was very much on it, thru my mobile, using mobile web at that time.

When I realized my password is not working, i immediately changed my password - but, unfortunately,by then, the account was suspended. All within five minutes. Now, while i can log in to my account - i can do nothing else - it says “account suspended”. i have raised a ticket and sent seven emails on that thread. NOTHING is happening.

My account was hard earned and had close to 95 followers. I had taken part in many twitter contests and i may lose my prizes if i can’t Direct Message (DM) from that ID.

Twitter customer support has not reacted at all until now. I am lost what else to do because they don’t seem to have any more contact options. I am a disciplined, experienced user and did nothing to invite this!

I’m not forcing you twitter but atleast send me a single email saying that you will look into my case! My account @TrendingU got hacked 5 days ago and i havent received any email. I feel like you havent even seen my support process that i went through around 4 times! I’m a very very regular and loyal user and I just want a single reply so that i know u guys r trying to help me. right now i feel like u haven’t even seen my complaint. Twitter is doing a very bad job of getting people their acccounts back. Its clearly obvious that the hacker would change the email but yet twitter cant do anything because the email i associated with the account is not the one I sent the ticket from I can t do anything when my account is hacked and the email is changed because i have no control over it now. I filed a report of the twitter account @TheTeenChapter 4 weeks ago and im still waiting for an action to be made. I had 22,000 followers on my account but now the hacker got it down to 19,700. I’ve been loyal on twitter since 2010, never got suspensed i always followed the rules. Please get my @TheTeenChapter account back for me, the hacked changed my email address and password and now im stuck in a hole and i waited a month for twitter to take action and still nothing …

One my of other twitter accounts got hacked @FryNotsure with over 450,000 followers the person revoked access to Twitter for iPhone app that was attached to my account i had l the last last associated email address i had with my acccount as proof verify account ownership of my account. filed a ticket

received an email saying

"Hi,

You would need to tweet from the official Twitter iPhone or Android app from the account you are trying to access. Please tweet an @reply to me (@JessUnicorn) with your ticket number (#6246835).

After you’ve done this, please respond to this ticket letting me know what email address you would like associated with the account.

Dosen’t make any sense how is a user supposed to recover a hacked or compromised twitter account if the person has changed the email address to one you didn’t authorize or revoked access to Twitter for iPhone app or Twitter for Android app ?

My account was hacked just 2 hours ago at 8:54pm 06/12/2012. I recieved an email stating that I had changed my account’s email which I obviously had not. Within 5 minutes everything had been changed, my password, username, email address. I have no idea how he/she hacked my account, I haven’t clicked any links.
My account was @shespeakswag but it has been changed twice, once to @ohmydear1 but now to @gagsdirect I had over 20,000 followers but this follower count is decreasing as I type. I have emailed Twitter about it and I have recieved the auto-email. Obviously it hasn’t been some time so it will take a while for them to reply. However, reading all these posts, I feel worried that Twitter may not even give my account back That sucks. If you’ve any info on what I could do, please respond to me. I’m worried.

Hey, sorry to jump on yours not sure how to do my own. My daughters account is having problems. Someone seems to have sold her account name on and she is getting loads of followers 300000+ we’ve put her account on private but its not helping they just keeping coming. the account belongs to I.B.Kredible who has had it for over 2 years
we have tried reporting the problem to twitter support with no response
the email and password was changed without authorization
