Some pages showing Cards - others No Metatags found

Description of issue:

Hi there,

I have recently encountered serious difficulty with Twitter Cards on my website www.edhacked.com - I have tried all of the suggested troubleshooting to the best of my ability and would very much appreciate some help.

I’m finding it hard to find a solution given some content on the website is working fine while other pages are not.

Most of my older content generates a perfect Twitter Card in the validator, (e.g. https://www.edhacked.com/2018/02/13/making-hungry-caterpillar-app/) - some of them are giving the incorrect descriptions but most give the correct image.

However, new articles published are giving me the following error with no card as a result; despite tags being in the source code and to the best of my knowledge no significant changes site-wise have happened:

Log
INFO: Page fetched successfully
WARN: No metatags found

EG https://www.edhacked.com/2018/04/29/sciencd-the-life-cycle-of-a-seed

When I compare both source codes, they have identical meta tags – Facebook fetches them both correctly. Is there something amiss I am doing that is excluding Twitter?

I am seeing a card generated for both links provided, so maybe this was just a latency thing, if the pages are brand new?

Hi Andy,

Thanks so much for replying and your help so far. True those links do generate cards now - however posts from the same time are still not - and are continuing to give me the No Meta tags error.

When you say latency, is that an issue from my host provider? In the past cards would generate more or less instantly.

An example of a URL that is not giving any card data still would be https://www.edhacked.com/2018/03/04/gaeilge-overwatch-moira/
