SOLVED - Dynamic Widgets without Authorization/App & Widget Width

I’ve managed to create two solutions for two common issues that have seemed to plague the new API and wanted to get some feedback:

Not only to see if you guys think these are viable, good methods, but also to see if I might possibly get official approval from Twitter developers that this isn’t a loophole they intend on patching and that it’s not against TOS or that there aren’t other pitfalls I’m simply unaware of with these methods I’ve put together.
