I have a database in MS Access. I use MS Access’ Web Browser control (a version of IE) to display twitter timelines linked to each record. I’ve done this by creating a simple html page for each record containing the relevant embedded timeline widget code. Recently certain timelines (always the same ones) are taking a very long time to load which is disrupting the database as it waits for the page to load before surrendering control. Switching to the simpler publish.twitter embedded timelines makes no difference with these slow timelines.
I’d be grateful if anyone has a suggestion of how to speed up these slow timelines, or how to get the Web Browser control to run in the background?
Thanks very much
