Silent post to twitter from android app

i am developing an android app in which i have integrated twitter using fabric .In this I want to post to twitter directly from my android app without creating any intent.I have gone through the rest api for the update but i m not able to understand it.So i need the code to post silently from my android app.If the user is having the twitter app and is already logged in then my app should post silently or else if not logged in then ask the browser to open and post it

The Twitter developer policy and agreement explains that you should always have user approval for any actions that your application takes on their behalf. That’s why in Twitter Kit on Android (and iOS), we pop open the TweetComposer and also allow the user to edit the text being shared, as then this is an explicit user action. It would be poor user experience to silently post for the user.
